How refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled on Skimmity.
This Refund Policy should be read alongside our Community Guidelines.
Subscriptions renew automatically on their billing cycle until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law, or in the specific cases described in Section 4 below.
Tips and one-off content unlocks are final once delivered and are non-refundable.
Where a free trial or promotional rate is offered, it will convert to the standard price at the end of the promotional period unless cancelled beforehand. No refund is issued for the transition from promotional to standard pricing.
We may issue a refund, at our discretion, where:
Contact hello@skimmity.com within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved faster this way. Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed, and repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
Refunds and reversed chargebacks are deducted from the relevant creator's future payout balance. Creators can review refund and chargeback activity affecting their earnings in the Creator Studio.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email.
