Content Compliance

All creators must verify their identity and age using government-issued identification before their account is approved to publish content. Verification is handled by a third-party identity verification provider and must be completed before any content goes live.

Skimmity maintains records confirming the age and identity of all creators and any individuals depicted in content published on the Platform. These records are retained securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and are made available to relevant authorities on lawful request.

Where content depicts more than one person, the creator must confirm that every individual shown is a verified adult who has consented to the content's creation and distribution. Skimmity may request supporting documentation for any content involving multiple participants.

Content is subject to ongoing review, including automated screening and human moderation, to detect prohibited material. This includes hash-matching against known databases of unlawful content.

Suspected unlawful content, including any content involving minors or non-consensual material, is removed immediately upon detection, the associated account is suspended pending investigation, and the matter is reported to relevant authorities.

Skimmity cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in connection with content compliance investigations, and will provide verification records and other relevant information as legally required.

Creators are responsible for ensuring all content they publish complies with this policy and applicable law. A creator found to have circumvented verification, or to have published content involving unverified or non-consenting individuals, will be permanently terminated and reported where required.
