Community Guidelines

All creators and any individuals depicted in content must be verified adults who have consented to the content's creation and distribution. Content involving minors in any form is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse of any user is prohibited, whether directed at creators, members, or third parties.

Impersonating another person, creating fake or duplicate accounts, or misrepresenting your identity during verification is not allowed and may result in immediate termination.

Only upload content you own or have the rights to distribute. Do not repost, redistribute, or resell another creator's content without their explicit authorization.

The following are never permitted on Skimmity:

• content depicting or implying involvement of minors, in any form,
• non-consensual content, including content shared without the subject's consent,
• content depicting extreme violence, abuse, or exploitation,
• content promoting illegal activity,
• content that violates another person's intellectual property rights.

Private messages between creators and members are expected to remain respectful. Unsolicited illegal content, harassment, or attempts to move payments off-platform to circumvent fees are not permitted.

Users can report content, messages, or accounts that violate these guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and prioritized based on severity.

Violations may result in content removal, payout suspension, temporary restriction, or permanent account termination, depending on severity. Content involving minors or non-consensual material results in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email.
