DMCA / Copyright Policy

If you believe content on Skimmity infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@skimmity.com including:

• a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
• the specific URL or location of the content on Skimmity,
• your name, contact information, and a statement of your relationship to the work,
• a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the creator responsible for it.

A creator who believes their content was wrongly removed may submit a counter-notice to hello@skimmity.com identifying the removed content and stating, under penalty of perjury, a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We may restore the content after a reasonable waiting period unless the original complainant files legal action.

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe on others' copyright will be suspended or permanently terminated, consistent with our repeat infringer policy.

Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law.
